These Terms govern use of kinndship.com and KINNDship membership. Membership is a participation relationship, not an investment. Recognition, badges, and Time Capital records track contribution and do not constitute currency, securities, equity, or guaranteed financial return. Paid memberships renew per their stated term and may be cancelled anytime; access ends at term close. Program, event, sponsorship, capital, and municipal participation may require separate agreements. Community conduct standards apply; KINNDship may suspend accounts that violate them.
