About the program

Cross-Border Bridge is KINNDship’s flagship Georgia–Japan pilot corridor — the working model for local-cross border development. It connects local readiness in Georgia with international opportunity in Japan across culture, commerce, education, and civic exchange, and it is designed to be repeatable in future corridors.

What the corridor includes

  • Delegations and exchanges — structured visits connecting businesses, institutions, and civic leaders in both directions.
  • Partnership development — agreements between companies, universities, municipalities, and cultural organizations.
  • Market activation — helping Georgia-ready products, services, and creative work reach Japanese partners and audiences, and vice versa.
  • Cultural and educational programming — exchange events, learning tracks, and creative collaborations that build durable people-to-people ties.

Who it’s for

Businesses exploring cross-border opportunity; universities and students seeking exchange pathways; municipalities interested in international development activity; and creators and cultural organizations working across both markets.

Where it stands

Cross-Border Bridge is in pilot: the Georgia–Japan corridor is live as a proving ground, with the Cross Border Summit as its flagship convening and the Ecosystem Design Workshop as its Tokyo working session. What we learn here is designed to travel — the corridor model, not any single market, is the product.

How to participate

Join the ecosystem to take part in corridor programs and events, or partner with us to bring your organization into the corridor.

Why it matters

The corridor is where KINNDship proves that local participation can be organized into international opportunity. Every engine works here: Chamber convenes the corridor, Agency executes exchanges and activations, Incubator develops corridor ventures, and Capital builds funding readiness. Cross-Border Bridge is the template for every future corridor.
