- Participation programs — resident, business, and institutional engagement designed around CAP³: Community, Academia, Personal | Professional, Public, and Private.
- Cross-border development zones — connecting municipal priorities to corridor opportunity through the Cross-Border Bridge model.
- Policy collaboration — working sessions with public partners on participation-friendly development approaches.
