About the program

KINNDcities gives municipalities and regions a structured way to engage the KINNDship ecosystem — turning civic participation into development capacity, smart community readiness, and public-private collaboration.

What the program includes

  • Readiness assessment — a practical review of where a city or region stands on participation, partnerships, and development capacity.
  • Participation programs — resident, business, and institutional engagement designed around CAP³: Community, Academia, Personal | Professional, Public, and Private.
  • Cross-border development zones — connecting municipal priorities to corridor opportunity through the Cross-Border Bridge model.
  • Policy collaboration — working sessions with public partners on participation-friendly development approaches.

Who it’s for

Mayors, city managers, county and regional development authorities, chambers, and public institutions that want a credible, structured way to grow participation-driven development — without outsourcing their community’s voice.

Where it stands

KINNDcities is in development. The framework is being built now with early municipal conversations under way. KINNDship does not guarantee government action or outcomes — the program is designed for collaboration, not promises.

How to start a conversation

Municipal leaders can start a local-cross border development conversation for their city, region, or public initiative.

Why it matters

Municipal engagement is how KINNDship scales beyond individual members: one city partnership activates residents, institutions, and businesses at once. KINNDcities also anchors the smart community and Social AI Utility roadmap, giving public partners a structured on-ramp into the ecosystem.

Local-Cross Border Community — Developed, Produced, and Managed.

KINNDship develops, produces, and manages community across borders. What starts local shouldn’t stay local — we build the road.
